Balai Lakoy Mahalta

The stress of everyday life really got the best of me last week and I was looking for a massage clinic that offers not only good, authentic and affordable massage, but is also gay friendly. Luckily a friend of mine recommended this spa along Matatag Street, just a walk away from the back of Quezon City Hall. The name of the spa is Balai Lakoy Mahalta.

Now, like I've said, this spa offers authentic massage. If you're an avid fan of those establishments which offers "extra services", this IS NOT the place for you.

What's good about Balai Lakoy Mahalta is that you get a massage at relatively cheaper prices, the kind of massage services that the big Spas in the metro offer. Their therapists are certified DOH (Department of Health) licensed, which is a big factor because we know that they've been trained really well. The spa is also accessible and has parking spaces for those who own and drives their set of wheels.

What struck me most about the spa is that it is really gay friendly. Let me reiterate again, though, that even if this is a gay friendly establishment, this is not the place where gay men get "extra services" or a place where gay "hook-up" is offered. This is a legitimate massage spa that offers legitimate massage services. Though most of the spa's clientele are gay men, heterosexual individuals, as well as couples, do frequent the place... a testament that the spa's services are really that good.
